This game is great. The only bad thing is that there are not enough puzzles. Please add more puzzles! Great for playing two player.

Great chess game. Has hints if youre not sure where to move. And an undo button. I like the game bc I win a lot so Id say the computer isnt that challenging but you can change the setting to hard. Recommend highly.

This is one of the better chess apps because it doesnt force you to play with other people, my only problem with it is that its easy on hard mode.

The game is pretty much the best chess app out there, if youre looking for it. Its cool that you can change the set to medal or wood.

The game doesnt like to loose! I will have a good defense with three moves a head and start an offensive with planed movements but sometimes pieces will change. ( Example; pawn will become a knight or the screen will glitch and show my piece back at its original spot but CPU still moved.) Other than that I like the features the app gives but becomes frustrating when you are playing and it doesnt work correctly. Going to keep it with the hopes the glitches get fixed.

Occasionally I get into a scenario when playing against the computer. The computer prevents me from making a different move, by repeatedly making the same move, over and over and over, into infinity! This usually happens as I am about to get the upper hand in the game. The computer has alternative moves available, but gets stuck on repeat! Im either forced to make an inferior move that the computer likes, putting me at a disadvantage, or start another game. Is this legal? Is there a maximum number of times that a identical move can be made by both players? Please explain this phenomenon, or fix it! Problem 2, this App constantly trying to sell me Checkers. Please stop this. I dont want to purchase Checkers!

The absolute best chess game on the iPad.

This is a decent chess app. Have no problems with crashes or any performance issues. My only gripe and reason for 3 stars is because there is no draw with three check repetitions. Have played numerous games where the same moves are repeated over and over without a stalemate being declared. I know one time I repeated moves for 10 minutes. It seems like the computer wont like my move and instead of playing on, it tries to frustrate you into making a bad move. It happens when I have the upper hand or when the computer has the upper hand. Its so bad that it can make the app unplayable. Fix this issue and I will say the app is perfect.

Its a good app, works well. Doesnt crash, lots of fun. Wish there were more options for customization of the chess board, but it all functions as it should.

This is a great Chess game, the pieces are easy to identify and has broad levels of difficulty.
